Stamplink for Mac
Privacy
Last updated November 6, 2026
Stamplink does not collect, store or share any personal data. There is no account, no analytics and no tracking.
What stays on your Mac
Your settings, accounts, rules and the list of recent letters are stored only on your Mac, inside the app's own sandbox. Stamplink never sends them anywhere. Deleting the app deletes them.
Links you click
When you click an email, calendar or phone link, Stamplink opens it in the app or website you chose. From there, that service's own privacy policy applies. Stamplink does not keep a copy of the message.
Network
Stamplink downloads public logos from the websites of email services, such as proton.me or fastmail.com, so their icons look right. These requests contain no information about you.
Permissions
Every permission is optional and only asked for when you use the feature.
Accessibility lets Stamplink paste the recipient into Gmail's compose window.
Your Applications folder lets it show the web apps you have added to the Dock.
The helper script lets it become your default email app and open the right Chrome profile. You install it yourself, and it only does those things.
Purchases
Stamplink is sold through the Mac App Store. Apple handles the payment, and we never see your payment details or Apple ID.
No third parties
Stamplink contains no analytics, advertising or crash reporting from other companies.
This website
stamplink.app uses no cookies, analytics or trackers.
Children
Stamplink collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
